THE PEARL

The Pearl house is a compact, efficient plan (1500 ft2) with the central area continuous with the deck as
shown (above-left), and from the inside looking out to the deck (above-right). A main feature of this design is the glazed panels that bring
a conservatory flavour to the dining area.
These two views illustrate the spaciousness of the central area. The warm yellow feature walls and red bar stools bring colour touches.
The U-shaped kitchen provides lots of work space.
The bedrooms are at the four corners of the house to take advantage of the views.
A night sky and interior lighting accent the four corner bedrooms and the Great Room.
A larger 2 storey version (2500 ft2) has an extra 2 bedrooms and a den.
