Craftsman Style is a popular choice. This design is more traditional with a second story.

One of the alternatives has a Master Bedroom on the ground floor, with ensuite, and has been designed for wheelchair access. The one car garage has room for the 5-foot turning-circle necessary for a wheelchair.

The second floor can have 2 or 3 bedrooms with a second bathroom. In one of the two bedroom designs, there is a lounge/computer or library area/playroom, depending on your needs.

All of the designs are very flexible and intended to suit the lifestyle of the homeowners.

Any of our designs can be adapted to accommodate wheelchairs - wider doors, ramps instead of steps, and kitchens designed with lower counters and wheelchair access beneath.

The designs illustrated are 2050 ft², excluding the garage and decks.
