THE ADELLE

 The Adelle is suited for an extended family with three floors
and a total area of 3350 ft2.
The ground level contains the social spaces for kitchen, dining and living
as well as service and utility rooms.
Each of the two upper floors has a flex space for socializing. The Master Bedroom is on the second floor
with en suitebathroom. An additional full bathroom is used by the inhabitants of the other three bedrooms.
The third or top floor has four bedrooms and a bathroom. The stairway is open all the way up to the third floor
creating an airy space.
Exterior colours can be varied to suit the location and tastes of the clients. Here we show awnings over the windows
that add interest to the facade as well as protecting the windows from rainfall. The generous 29" overhangs all around do a good job of
protecting the upper windows.
