HOW IT WORKS

We do all the work including custom design. Initial consultation is free. For busy people, this is the practical solution and still provides a wide range of options in the customization of your project. It takes approximately 6 months to get a slot in the factory production line during which time the concept design and final design decisions and working drawings are prepared.

Our services include all permits, new home warranty, and all reviews on the site and in the plant by both the architect and consultants. Superior quality control and minimal wastage at the plant create a greater value for you, the homeowner.

The modules, built from high quality kiln-dried wood, are wrapped in plastic, transported to the site, and assembled to weather-proof stage. Our ski chalet project took eight weeks from ground-breaking to module craning; the craning took only one day and was weather-tight and ready for a walk-through by 4:00pm.

The site work and the Modular construction started on the same day. Modular Homes can be built faster because site work and factory construction are going on simultaneously. This results in appreciable savings of time - and time is money. The EcoFabulous Home (BC Home & Garden Show) also took 8 weeks to build.

You choose the finishes you wish, inside and out, appliances, bathroom fixtures, luminaires, flooring and colour scheme, with our suggestions.
